When does my free trial start?
Your 14-day free trial begins the moment you sign up. You'll have full access to all KidsPlaylist features with no restrictions during the trial period. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes, we ask for a payment method when you sign up so the transition to paid is seamless if you choose to continue. However, you will not be charged anything until after your 14-day free trial ends, and only if you haven't cancelled.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Log in with your family code, navigate to Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no hassle.
What happens to my playlist if I cancel?
If you cancel, your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. Your playlist and family code are retained for 30 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 30 days of inactivity, account data is permanently deleted.
Is there a family or multi-user plan?
KidsPlaylist is already designed for the whole family. One subscription covers every device in your household under the same family code. You don't need multiple subscriptions for multiple children or devices.
